The Dental Studio

Well what can I say about The Dental Studio…..I have never felt so relaxed and comfortable when going to the dentist, from my past experience I had never enjoyed going to the dentist of my 20 years plus the only time I would go to the dentist was if there was something wrong.

Anyway I had severe toothache and the dentist I was registered with was fully booked so I had to see a emergency dentist which was The Dental Studio. This was my first time of visiting The Dental Studio and as soon as I walked in I felt so much more comfortable even though I never knew anyone there. I was welcomed by very friendly staff at all levels. The dentist Stephen Pitt was such a understanding and caring man. I was advised by Stephen to be seen by the hygienist of which I had never had done before because of my nervous position elsewhere. I had 2 appointments with the hygienist and my teeth looked and felt much better. I was actually shown the correct way to clean my teeth and it was my impression that staff had time to talk to you.

So to summarise I now go to my regular check-ups and hygienist appointments, I’m welcomed every time with a very nice manner, welcoming smile, chatty and friendly staff. I would without doubt recommend anyone be asked to be taken on by The Dental Studio because of the very pleasant surroundings, cleanliness, staff and friendliness.

Well done! you so deserve your awards. I never thought i would say that going to the Dentist would be an experience that no longer bothers me! Well done Steve and all the staff.

Dear Mr Pitt, I have found every member of your team to be friendly and helpful, particularly Hazel, who is always ready with a smile to deal with any query. I was very grateful for your advice and help when I had surgery last year – a procedure I have been putting off for almost 20 years after a bad experience! However, you gave me the confidence to go ahead with that procedure, and also to have the whitening treatment afterwards. I always feel confident with is dental care, confident that he will be aware of the latest dental science to ensure I’m given the very best treatment. The Dental Studio offers imaginative opening times, free car parking, welcoming staff, comfortable and clean waiting room and text message reminders for appointments. I would recommend the practice to anyone wanting excellent dental care.

Hi Steve, just had an appointment with the hygienist, which was of the usual high standard. But my reason for writing is to comment on the rebranding of the dental studio. I thought the colour scheme was very relaxing and the new logo excellent. All very impressive!
